Website Terms & Conditions
Effective 3 November 2026 · Last updated 3 November 2026
The terms for using the Yntiq website and preparing or sending a project inquiry.
1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by Carl Rogie Ortega, trading as Yntiq Software Development Services, at Level 21 Unit 2116, Park Triangle Corporate Plaza, North Tower, 32nd Street Corner 11th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City 1635, Philippines. Contact hello@yntiq.com. These terms concern website use. A signed proposal, statement of work, license or service agreement sets the terms of a commissioned project; it takes priority for that project where it addresses the same subject.
2. Information, prices and inquiries
Website descriptions and displayed prices explain our services and standard packages. Availability, scope, included configuration, currency, applicable charges and delivery timing must be confirmed in the written quote or agreement. Ad spend, domains, hosting, paid integrations and other third-party costs are separate unless the agreement expressly includes them. Sending an inquiry or preparing a brief does not create a contract or authorize payment.
The public inquiry tool prepares your brief locally and can open a draft in your email app. Yntiq receives it only when you send the email. A private client-brief submission is handled by the separate briefing service and applicable project arrangements.
3. Permitted use and your content
Use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse invitation links, interfere with security controls, submit malicious code or impersonate another person. Do not enter passwords, API tokens or sensitive personal information into general inquiry or AI-drafting fields.
You retain your rights in materials you submit. You permit us to use them as reasonably needed to review your inquiry or perform the agreed service. Client confidentiality, processing instructions and project-specific usage rights should be recorded in the relevant agreement.
4. Website content and third parties
Yntiq’s name, logo, designs, text and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view the site and retain reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Reusing brand assets, selling our content or presenting it as your own requires permission unless law permits the use. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Links to social platforms, product demos and other websites are provided for context. Their operators control their services, terms and privacy practices. Listing a platform does not imply its endorsement of Yntiq.
5. AI assistance and service expectations
We use AI to assist appropriate development, planning, analysis and creative tasks, with human review. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable without checks. Scope, acceptance criteria and review responsibilities belong in the project agreement. No website statement guarantees advertising revenue, search rankings, uninterrupted availability or a specific commercial result.
6. Responsibility and applicable rights
We take reasonable care with website information but may correct errors, update content or suspend access for maintenance or security. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information rather than an agreed service commitment. Nothing in these terms excludes fraud or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project-specific remedies and limitations must be agreed separately.
Philippine law applies to these website terms, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Contact us first to discuss a concern; nothing here prevents you from using a competent court or regulator.
7. Privacy, cookies and changes
The Privacy Policy explains information handling and the Cookie Policy explains optional tracking choices. Cookie consent is not bundled into these terms. We may update these website terms for future use; the date above identifies the current version. Changes do not silently amend a signed project agreement.
