Cookie Policy
Effective 3 November 2026 · Last updated 3 November 2026
What we store in your browser, how optional tracking is controlled, and how to change your choices.
1. Your control
Optional analytics and marketing are off by default. The public website does not load our Google Tag Manager container until you allow analytics or marketing. Reject optional leaves both purposes off. Customize lets you decide separately; the boxes start unchecked. We use this opt-in approach for all visitors, including those in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, rather than relying on location detection.
Consent to cookies is separate from accepting terms or asking for a service. You can browse the site and contact us after rejecting optional tracking.
2. Categories and providers
- Necessary: delivery and security features, plus your cookie-choice record. Authentication and anti-abuse features are used where required by the service you request, such as a private client briefing form. Rejecting optional tracking does not disable necessary protections.
- Analytics: measurement of website visits and interactions using Google Analytics or other analytics tags configured through Google Tag Manager, only after the analytics purpose is allowed.
- Marketing: advertising attribution, remarketing or personalized advertising using Google or advertising tags configured through Google Tag Manager, only after the marketing purpose is allowed.
Google Tag Manager is the tool used to load configured tags, not a separate analytics report by itself. The exact optional cookies depend on the tags and destinations enabled in that container. We must review the configured inventory and update this policy before introducing a new provider or purpose. Private client briefing pages do not load this marketing GTM container.
3. Browser storage and possible identifiers
| Item / provider | Purpose | Duration / conditions |
|---|---|---|
yntiq.consent.v1Yntiq, local storage | Choice version, analytics/marketing choices and timestamp. Not a marketing identifier. | Read for up to 180 days; overwritten when you change your choice. Browser storage can be cleared sooner. |
| Cloudflare security / Access / Turnstile | Requested security, authentication and anti-abuse functions. | When the relevant service sets or uses them; session or provider-defined duration. Not all visitors receive these cookies. |
_ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat*Google Analytics, if configured | Analytics identifiers and measurement. | Only after analytics opt-in. Google/property settings determine duration; common defaults range from one minute or 24 hours to two years. These names are possible, not a statement that every cookie is active. |
_gcl_*, _gac_*Google advertising, if configured | Advertising attribution and related measurement. | Only after marketing opt-in; tag configuration determines duration, commonly up to 90 days for attribution cookies. |
| Other optional providers | Only the purpose disclosed for an enabled tag. | Must be inventoried and disclosed before activation. This website update does not itself install a Meta pixel or other third-party advertising destination. |
4. Change or withdraw
Use Cookie settings in the footer, change the choices and select Save choices, or choose Reject optional. The website updates the consent signals and reloads the page when necessary to stop previously loaded optional tags. It also attempts to remove recognized, accessible first-party analytics and advertising cookies. It cannot delete cookies on another provider’s domain, HttpOnly cookies or data already received by a provider. You can remove additional stored data through your browser settings or contact the provider to exercise applicable rights.
Choices apply to this browser and device. If storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current visit but may not be remembered. Clear browser storage to reset it. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps marketing off on this site.
