Working with Yntiq
Effective 3 November 2026 · Last updated 3 November 2026
How we define a project, agree responsibilities and deliver work across our areas of expertise.
1. Agree the work first
Before paid work begins, the written quote or statement of work should identify the contracting parties, deliverables, inclusions and exclusions, timing, approvals, fees, payment schedule and responsibilities. Select one service or combine software, websites, advertising and creative in one project. A website inquiry alone does not place an order.
2. Delivery, revisions and third-party costs
Your agreement should specify the inputs and access you provide, milestones, revision allowance, acceptance process and handover. Changes beyond that scope require an agreed adjustment to price or timing. Any hosting, domains, advertising spend, subscriptions, stock assets or paid API usage should be assigned to the responsible payer. We do not promise a fixed result or delivery date solely through general website descriptions.
3. Ownership and ready-made apps
Custom work and configured, ready-made software have different ownership and license arrangements. The agreement should identify what you own, what is licensed, any reusable Yntiq components, third-party materials, source access and permitted use. A one-time software license does not automatically include exclusive copyright, unlimited changes, recurring hosting or future versions. Support, defect correction and maintenance periods must be stated in the applicable package or agreement.
4. Data, access and AI
Use appropriate account access rather than sending passwords in an ordinary brief. Where we process client-controlled personal data, agree instructions, permitted systems/providers, confidentiality, access, retention, return/deletion and any applicable processing terms before transferring it. Identify any AI features and the information they may receive. Credentials, databases and ownership of accounts should be included in the handover plan.
5. Payments, cancellations and concerns
Payment milestones, cancellation, refunds, suspension and early termination are governed by the accepted agreement and mandatory law. Do not assume a blanket no-refund rule or an unlimited refund promise from website copy. We should record work performed, approved costs and handover obligations when ending a project. Raise billing or delivery concerns promptly so they can be reviewed against the agreed scope.
6. Request a written proposal
Use Discuss your project or email hello@yntiq.com. We will identify the applicable scope, agreement and any license or processing schedule for the work you request.
