How Yntiq handles information when you visit our website, contact us or use our client briefing services.
1. Who is responsible
Carl Rogie Ortega, trading as Yntiq Software Development Services, operates this website and is responsible for the business-contact and website information described here. Yntiq is based at Level 21 Unit 2116, Park Triangle Corporate Plaza, North Tower, 32nd Street Corner 11th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City 1635, Philippines. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@yntiq.com.
When we handle customer or campaign data on a client’s documented instructions, the client may be the controller and Yntiq its processor. The relevant service agreement and processing terms govern that work; this notice does not replace them.
2. Information and purposes
- Website delivery and security: technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser details and security events may be processed by our hosting and security providers to serve the site, diagnose problems and protect it from misuse.
- Inquiries: your name, email, business details, chosen services and message help us answer your request, prepare a quote and discuss a project. The public project-brief tool prepares text in your browser. It is not sent to Yntiq until you send the email draft yourself.
- Private client briefs: an invitation link, project details, answers and submission status are used to collect the brief and deliver the requested service. Submissions may be stored in Cloudflare-managed storage and delivered to our Google Drive through Google Apps Script. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect these forms from abuse.
- AI drafting: if you request AI-assisted brief drafts, the prompt and relevant brief information are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate the draft. Do not enter passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or data you are not authorized to share.
- Client administration: correspondence, agreed project requirements, approvals and billing records help us perform our agreement, support the work and meet record-keeping obligations.
- Optional analytics and marketing: where you opt in, tags configured through Google Tag Manager may process device/browser identifiers, page visits, interactions and advertising attribution information. Analytics and marketing have separate choices. See the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we may process it
Depending on the activity and applicable law, we rely on steps you request before entering a contract, performance of our agreement, legal obligations, consent, or legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, maintaining secure services and managing ordinary business records. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider your interests and rights. Optional website tracking is based on your consent; it is not a condition of contacting us or buying a service.
We do not treat a project inquiry or cookie acceptance as permission to add you to an email-marketing list. Any separate marketing subscription must have its own appropriate basis and choice.
4. Providers and other recipients
Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for the relevant activity. Depending on the service you use, recipients can include Cloudflare for hosting, security, authentication and storage; Google for business email, Apps Script and Drive; OpenAI for requested AI drafting; and Google or other measurement/advertising providers configured in our tag container after the relevant opt-in.
We may also disclose information to authorized professional advisers, to comply with a lawful requirement, or to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell your inquiry or client-brief information. An external website or social platform applies its own privacy notice when you follow its link.
5. Locations and international processing
Yntiq operates in the Philippines. Our service providers may process information in other countries, depending on their service infrastructure and contract. This can involve transfers outside your country or the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland. Where the relevant law requires a transfer safeguard, we must use an applicable mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, and assess any additional measures needed. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information. Cookie acceptance is not used as blanket consent for unrelated international transfers.
6. Retention and protection
We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal, contractual or legitimate record-keeping need. Relevant criteria include whether an inquiry is still active, the service and support period, accounting requirements, unresolved disputes and the need to maintain security records. Client-data return or deletion is addressed in the service agreement. Cookie-choice storage lasts up to 180 days in this browser; a new choice may be requested earlier if the notice or purposes change.
We use measures appropriate to the service, including restricted access, authentication, protected connections and secrets management. No website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Private brief links should be shared only with the intended recipient. Backups and provider-managed logs may follow their own deletion cycles; ask us about a specific record or service.
7. Your choices and rights
You can change tracking choices using at any time. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, an objection, a portable copy or other applicable privacy rights, contact hello@yntiq.com. The rights available depend on the law and circumstances; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing records.
Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without changing the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Where EU or UK GDPR applies, we aim to respond within one month of a valid request, subject to permitted extensions and identification requirements. We do not use the website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
You may raise a concern with us or complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the Philippine National Privacy Commission, an EEA data protection authority, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, where applicable.
8. Children and updates
Our business services are directed to adults and business representatives, not children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact hello@yntiq.com. We may update this notice when our services or practices change. The date above identifies the current version; materially new optional tracking purposes require a new consent choice.
